WORKING :

1. At the default stage all doors connected to the Pass Box Controller are closed & locked.
2. The LCD on all the doors will alternatingly Display:
   1. CFL Light, UV Light & Fan status - On / Off
   2. Door Status - Locked
   3. CFL Light, UV Light & Fan status - Auto / Manual
3. At Default Stage the following are the settings:
   1. TIMER TIME SET - 05 Seconds.
   2. TIME MIN/ SEC - Seconds.
   3. DOOR DELAY TIME - 25 Seconds.
   4. UV ON - Door Closed.
   5. FAN ON - Door Open.
   6. UV HRS RESET - No.
4. The user can select out of the following options available in the menu, to operate the system as per his requirement:
   1. Timer Time Set - 0 to 99 (Seconds or Minutes).
   2. Time MIN / SEC - Seconds or Minutes.
   3. Door Delay Time - 0 to 99 Seconds.
   4. UV ON - Door Closed / Timer.
   5. FAN ON - On Door Open / On Door Closed / On Timer / 24 hours.
   6. UV HRS RESET - No / Yes.
5. The UV light is on while the Fan and CFL Light are off (on auto mode).
6. The user approaches the door and presses the Switch (Press to Open) OR waves in case of No Touch sensor. The indicator status on that particular door changes to OPEN and the door is unlocked for the user to place the product inside the pass box. Simultaneously:
   1. The FAN & CFL Light are switched On.
   2. The indicator status on all the other door changes to WAIT.
7. During this procedure a request placed by any other user on any other door with WAIT Indication will be declined.
8. After the door that had been opened by the user is closed, the following functions take place simultaneously:
   1. The CFL Light & Fan will be switched off.
   2. The UV Light will be turned on.
   3. Timer Count Down starts.
   4. UV Hour Meter starts.
9. Once the cycle is complete the system comes back to default stage.
10. If the door that was opened by the user is not closed within the stipulated time (door delay time), then the Buzzer will be triggered until the door is closed and BUZZER ON will flash on the LCD display.
11. User can use dedicated buttons for manual operations of CFL Light, UV Light & Fan.

LCD PASS BOX INTERLOCKING PROGRAMMING:

Keep both switches on the display pressed simultaneously for 5 seconds.

The display will show

The default password is "111". Select the password using the LIGHT/U.V. keys or wave in front of the NO TOUCH switch to enter.

Once inside the menu, the following options are available for selection to operate the system as per the user's requirement. The user can toggle between the options using LIGHT/U.V. keys.

1. Timer Time Set - 0 to 99 (Seconds or Minutes)
2. Time Min/Sec - Seconds or Minutes
3. Door Delay Time - 0 to 99 Seconds
4. UV On - Door Closed / Timer
5. FAN On - On Door Open / On Door Closed / On Timer / 24 hours
6. UV HRS Reset - No / Yes

To exit the menu, do not press any button for 10 seconds. The system will automatically exit programming mode.
