Description

The Interlocking System ensure that out of the Number of doors locked by an Interlocking controller, only one door at a time will open and other doors remain closed even if a request is placed to open any one of them. This effectively warrants air passing through and minimizes microbiological and particulate contamination of the air locked area and assists in sterilization of products placed inside the pass box, through exposure under UV lights.

FEATURES*

1. Industrial & Aesthetically designed I.C. based Controller, CONTROLLING 2/3 DOORS.
2. Mother & Host PCB Design: In case malfunctioning, entire Interlocking Controller can be replaced within 5 seconds by supplanting a new PCB without any tools, or touching any wires.
3. Fully programmable time interval for lock opening.
4. Clearly marked connections on the PCB.
5. REX Switch with Clear door status indication: Locked, Wait, Go (if any other door is open).
6. Soft touch key on the REX Switch.
7. Buzzer sound on the Emergency Switch.
8. Emergency Switch Integration for override the system.
9. Access Control Integration for authorized entry only.
10. Extra Auxiliary Output.
11. Fire Alarm Integration.
12. Emergency Siren Integration.
13. Fully programmable door timing.
14. Door open Alert.
15. Fully Programmable Logic: UV: OFF/ON/24, LT: OFF/ON/24 & FAN: OFF/ON/24.

WORKING :

1. At the default stage all doors connected to the Pass Box Controller are closed & locked. The Display switches on all the doors indicate the status as "Locked". The UV light is on while the Fan and CFL are off (in auto mode).
2. The user approaches the door and presses the REX Switch (Press to Open). The indicator status on that particular door changes to Go and the door is unlocked for the user to place the product inside the pass box. Simultaneously:
   1. The indicator status on all other doors changes to WAIT.
   2. The UV light is turned off.
   3. The Fan & CFL are switched on.
3. Any other request placed by any other user on any other door indicating WAIT will be declined.
4. After the product has been deposited and the door is closed, the following functions take place simultaneously:
   1. The Fan & CFL will be switched off.
   2. The UV light will be turned on.
   3. Status indications on all doors change from Wait to Locked.
5. UV/LIGHT/FAN can be customized as per requirement to function on Door OPEN/DOOR CLOSE/24 HR/SL.
6. Dedicated buttons for LIGHT, UV, FAN for manual operations.

PASS BOX INTERLOCKING PROGRAMMING:

1. Keep "Push to Program" button on the Display pressed continuously for 10 seconds.
2. After 10 seconds, the Display will start indicating the interlocking desired level.
3. Set the level as per the pass box, and press any key and the system will come out of programming mode after 5 seconds.
